Health Alert: Eat Red Meat and Drink Red Wine (via CNBC)
Here is the article on red meat and red wine we discussed this morning. It all goes back to the very simple rule… Everything in moderation. I have learned that moderation in my exercise routine has helped me stick with the plan for longer. I don't feel like I have to work out for hours and hours each day to get results. Now, I plan to enhance my workout by drinking wine and eating steak while on the treadmill. – Eric
