Winners Announced from 43rd Annual Shell Rotella® SuperRigs®

Kenny Ziglar II Captures Best of Show Award

Kenny Ziglar II of Rawlins, Wyo., captured Best of Show honors with his 2007 Peterbilt 379, nicknamed “Scrapin By,” at the 43rd Annual Shell Rotella® SuperRigs® competition held May 29-31 at Atlanta Motor Speedway in Hampton, Ga. He was awarded $10,000 from Shell Rotella. In addition, the truck won second place in the Best Lights category.

The Shell Rotella SuperRigs competition is the premier truck beauty contest for actively working trucks. Owner-operators from across the United States and Canada compete for more than $25,000 in cash and prizes. All winners also received MyMilesMatter reward miles from the Shell Rotella loyalty program. Twelve drivers were selected to have their trucks featured in the 2026 Shell Rotella SuperRigs calendar, and an additional driver was chosen for a place on the back of the calendar.

Additional SuperRigs Winners 

Raiko Graveran from Orlando, Fla., won Best of Show, first runner-up, and $4,000 from Shell Rotella for his 1995 Freightliner FLD-120. Buck Crombie of Checotah, Okla., was awarded Best of Show, second runner-up and $2,000 from Shell Rotella for his 1989 Peterbilt 379. He also won the Best Theme award.

Additional first-place winners included:

  • Brandon Jack from Bonham, Texas, in the Tractor/Trailer Division with his 2023 Peterbilt 389.
  • David Dyck, Winnipeg, N.D., in the Tractor Division with a 2013 Peterbilt 388.
  • Todd Scruggs from Magnolia, Ark., won the Classic Division and the Steve Sturgess Best Theme Award with his 1982 Peterbilt 359.

People’s Choice Award

Tarik Al-Amin II from Crete, Ill., won the People’s Choice Award for his 2023 Kenworth W900L. The winner was selected virtually, with voting taking place online. For every People’s Choice vote cast this year, Shell Rotella proudly donated $1 to the St. Christopher Truckers Relief Fund.
