This incredible picture tells a haunting story of a great city. No, not a city that used to be great…a city that still is. What is not evident in this picture is the cause. The many years of policies that have failed the people of Detroit are at the root of this horrible situation. I mentioned on the show that I don't have any answers on how to fix this problem, but what I do know is that a real solution must be focused on incentives for private investors to do what they do best. Otherwise, you will continue to see pictures like this one in more and more neighborhoods in a town that knows better than most how to build great things. Tragic. – Eric
